Q: DO YOU OFFER GROUP OR PRIVATE SESSIONS?
* We currently only offer Private and Duet training. Small group programs will be joining later in the 2024 calendar year.
Q: HOW MUCH DO SESSIONS COST?

Q: CAN I DROP IN FOR A SESSION?
* No. All new clients are scheduled for an Initial Private Session so we can get to know each other better and what your body needs!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
It is important that you feel comfortable in your workout attire. Please make sure you have clothing that allows you to move freely. Jeans and restrictive clothing are not allowed as these will inhibit your movement abilities and potentially damage the equipment you are using in studio.

SCHEDULING:
If you are scheduled for a regular, recurring appointment, you are guaranteed a 6-month booking with up to six (6) missed sessions without fear of losing your booking.

If you are currently scheduled through the waitlist/recent openings and would like to get onto a 6-month booking, please contact us.

SESSION HOLDING:
If you are interested in holding your regular schedule for more than 6 weeks while you’re away, you may pay a holding fee per session to guarantee your booking upon your return.

CANCELLATIONS:
All sessions have a 24-hour cancellation policy. We ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 2 days in advance so as not to incur this fee.
